Description:
“Plastika” and “A Foreign Sun”

Two theatre performances in one night for communities from Former Yugoslavia.
Comedy "Plastics" is about two women with big ambitions. They are meeting for the first time in an elite gym, waiting for a personal trainer who is running very late. The story follows these two very different characters which are both hoping for a better tomorrow, while going through special cosmetic and other procedures and treatments wanting to look better. They are even considering plastic surgery. These two diametrically opposed characters, both two seemingly ordinary but exciting destinies wanting to change their body and soul. The outcome of their mission is very uncertain similar to anyone’s journey through life. Very funny, humorous and an entraining story.
Actors: Suzana Petricevic and Nela Mihailovic

Comedy: “A Foreign Sun”. The story begins in the 1990’s, where the protagonist describes his journey as he escapes from his war thorn homeland and telling his story through humour and elements of macabre humour. Inevitably he will compare his new country to his home country and reflect fondly to changes he has made.
Actor and director: Dragan Marinkovic Maca
